Welcome to UAE Customers Care. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules that govern your use of our website and the appliance repair services we provide to customers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider United Arab Emirates. Please read them carefully before booking a service or submitting any enquiry through our platform.

By accessing this website or engaging our services — whether by phone, WhatsApp, email, or online booking — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or request our services.

1. About UAE Customers Care

UAE Customers Care is a professional appliance repair company operating across the United Arab Emirates. We provide diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for domestic and light-commercial appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, gas stoves, electric stoves, deep freezers, and coffee machines.

Our registered operations are based in the UAE. All services are rendered by trained technicians who operate under our direct management and quality standards. We do not operate as an appliance manufacturer, authorised warranty centre, or insurance provider unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. Services and Booking

When you contact UAE Customers Care to request a repair, you are initiating a service engagement. A booking is considered confirmed once our team has communicated a confirmed appointment time to you verbally, in writing, or via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings based on technician availability, location, or safety considerations.

Service slots are offered subject to availability. We aim to provide same-day or next-day service in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but appointment times are estimates, not guarantees. Factors including traffic, earlier jobs overrunning, or parts availability may affect arrival times. We will notify you as promptly as possible of any significant delay.

You are responsible for ensuring that a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) is present at the service address throughout the visit. UAE Customers Care is not liable for any delay, loss, or inability to perform a service caused by the absence of an authorised person at the agreed location.

3. Estimates, Quotations, and Payment

Our technicians provide a verbal or written repair estimate after completing their initial on-site diagnostic assessment. This estimate covers the identified fault, the proposed remedy, and the associated parts and labour costs. The estimate is not binding until you have explicitly approved it — in person, by phone, or via a written confirmation.

No repair work will be commenced without your approval of the estimated cost. By approving the estimate you authorise UAE Customers Care to proceed with the repair as described. If during the repair our technician identifies additional faults not visible during initial diagnosis, we will pause work, inform you, and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional work that incurs further cost.

Payment is due on completion of the repair visit unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing in advance. We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payment methods. Invoices are issued on completion of each service. All amounts quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Outstanding invoices not settled within 7 days of the service date may be subject to a late payment charge. UAE Customers Care reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances through appropriate legal channels in the UAE.

4. Warranty on Repairs

UAE Customers Care provides a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour on all completed repairs, commencing from the date the repair is carried out. This warranty applies solely to the specific fault identified and repaired during the service visit and to the parts replaced or adjusted by our technician.

The 90-day warranty does not cover faults arising from misuse, accidental damage, power surges, external water damage, unauthorised modifications, or faults unrelated to the original repair. It also does not apply if the appliance has been serviced or interfered with by a third party after our repair visit.

To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period at +971 52 484 8137 or via WhatsApp with your original service receipt or booking reference. We will arrange a return visit at no cost to you if the claim falls within the warranty terms. Warranty visits are subject to reasonable scheduling and do not entitle the customer to compensation for inconvenience or secondary losses.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the appliance, its symptoms, and your location when booking a service. Providing false or misleading information that results in a wasted visit may be charged as a call-out fee at our standard rate.

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance at the agreed time. For appliances in confined spaces, built-in units, or locations with restricted access, please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure our technician arrives with appropriate equipment.

You are responsible for backing up any data stored on smart appliances before our technician carries out any repair work. UAE Customers Care accepts no liability for the loss of stored settings, programmes, Wi-Fi configurations, or user data during the course of a repair.

6. Spare Parts

UAE Customers Care sources spare parts from authorised distributors and reputable UAE-based suppliers. We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts wherever practically available and will inform you if an OEM-equivalent or compatible replacement is to be used in lieu of an original part. All parts are documented on your service report.

Parts fitted during a repair remain the property of UAE Customers Care until the invoice is settled in full. Replaced (faulty) parts removed from your appliance will be returned to you on request; otherwise they are disposed of as part of our standard service procedure.

7. Limitation of Liability

UAE Customers Care will exercise professional care and skill in all service work. However, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the failure of a repair, including but not limited to food spoilage, business interruption, secondary water or electrical damage, or loss of use of the appliance during the repair period.

Our total liability to any customer in connection with a single service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter where liability cannot be excluded by UAE law.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice, or where the technician arrives and is unable to access the premises, may be subject to a call-out charge.

UAE Customers Care reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in the event of technician unavailability, extreme weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. While we endeavour to keep information accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any information published on this site for any specific purpose. Pricing, service availability, and coverage areas are subject to change without prior notice on the website.

You agree not to use this website in any manner that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of it. Automated scraping, data mining, or systematic downloading of content from this website is prohibited without our express written permission.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photography, and service descriptions — is the property of UAE Customers Care or its content suppliers and is protected under UAE copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from your use of our website or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant UAE courts. We encourage customers to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any concerns before initiating formal proceedings.

13. Amendments to These Terms

UAE Customers Care reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
